Lo que suelo utilizar:

[*]VirtualDub.
[*]Camtasia Recorder.
[*]Una carpeta vacía.
[*]Photoshop.
[*]Un vídeo con la animación a ripear.[/list]
Pasos:
[list][*]Ejecuto el ROM y grabo la escena que me interesa con Camtasia Recorder.

[*]Abro el vídeo con VirtualDub, selecciono los frames que quiero ripear y exporto el archivo cómo "image sequence", o secuencia de imágenes, en la carpeta vacía.
