There is a Beta that goes up until the 4th gym leader. It says "Beta 1 Download" in the first post, click on that link and you'll get an ips of the hack. Patch it to a clean Fire Red rom.

I tried putting the beta as an attachment but it wouldn't let me. So click the link in the first post. If you don't see it, here it is:
